Lease, for the remaining period of the present lease which ends on the 31st May, 2028, of the bare shop tale quale off Xatt it-Tiben, Floriana, as shown edged in red and marked Site 1 on plan P.D.2005_442_A including the sites No. 2 and No. 3 as also shown in red and marked Site 2 and Site 3 on the same plan P.D. 2005_442_A.
The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease. The interested third party has been reserved the right of first refusal as per Article No. 3 (1) of Legal Notice 573.02. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €9,787 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of three thousand and two hundred and sixty-two euro (€3,262) per annum will not be considered. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
Sealed tenders in respect of the following advertisements are to be deposited in the tender box at the Lands Authority, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta, by 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 20th July, 2023
