The subject of this quotation is for the hiring, installation and dismantling of temporary decorative festoon lighting at Hondoq Bay Waterfront, Qala, Gozo as indicated by the Contracting Authority for the summer periods of 2024 and 2025. The place of acceptance of the services shall be at Hondoq Bay Waterfront for summer periods 2024 and 2025. This period starts on 1st July and ends on 31st October or whenever indicated by the Contracting Authority. The time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be two (2) weeks from the commencement date issued by the Contracting Authority following the notice of award and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
