The Malta Digital Innovation Authority is seeking a quotation for the following services:
1. Validating costings for a proposed realigned National Strategy and Vision for AI;
2. Conducting an economic impact assessment for a proposed realigned National Strategy and Vision for AI.
The strategy includes about 81 measures covering governance, regulation, financial support, and incentives for AI development.
The key expert will be responsible for delivering these services using sound methodologies, liaising with the contracting authority, ensuring confidentiality, and providing both an internal document and a short public report. The minimum qualification requirement is a Doctoral degree in Economics or a comparable qualification at EQF/MQF Level 7 (or equivalent).
The services should be completed within fifteen working days, with an estimated procurement value of €9,980+VAT.
