The subject of this tender is the [TENDER FOR THE SERVICES OF ARCHITECT CONTRACTS MANAGER] of the following [services]: • Consultation with local council to study specific upkeep and maintenance works/project requirements. • Preparation and submission of building/development applications and/or other licenses. • Preparation of sketch design, working specifications and drawings, bill of quantities and project costings. • Assist in the adjudication of tender if required by the Local Council • Supervision of work. • Issuing certificates of payment and certifying accounts. • Any other work related with the services of Architect and Civil Engineer which may be needed by the Council.
